Two sellers who wrote their own system

Osnovia did not start with an investor deck. It started on a factory floor in Elbląg, Poland, with around 1,500 orders a month across seven sales channels in several countries, and with a software bill that grew with our sales.

For years we ran that sales operation in BaseLinker. When the bill reached the cost of hiring a person, we built our own order system. It runs every day: it collects orders from Allegro, Kaufland, OTTO, Temu and our shop, prints labels, issues invoices with EU VAT. Then we realised every small seller in Europe does the same maths. That is Osnovia: the same system, free, for everyone.

Kamil Siedzielnik

Runs Marlotte, a furniture company in Elbląg, Poland, that makes and sells furniture online in several countries. Over the years he built its internal systems: production, customer service, a portal for wholesale partners and tools for marketplaces. At Osnovia he looks after servers, security, the brand and conversations with customers. He answers the phone number on this site.

Jacek Siewiaryn

Co-founder. Product and code of Osnovia OMS.

Has grown the Furnica brand on foreign markets for years: marketplaces in Germany, the United Kingdom and beyond, carriers, invoicing and accounting under several legal systems. He built the order management system that runs Marlotte’s and Furnica’s sales every day and is now becoming Osnovia OMS. He makes sure every feature is one he would use himself.

What we believe

An order system should not take a cut of your work. The core of Osnovia is free with no order limit; only add-ons nobody else offers are paid. How we earn.
A feature is ready when we use it ourselves. Everything in Osnovia has been through our own sales, with real customers, carriers and an accountant.
We say what is missing. Amazon, eBay and more carriers are in progress, and we write that on every page instead of promising.
Support is free, but it is a relationship. We ask one thing back: tell us what gets in your way.
