How long it takes
An import of a few thousand orders takes minutes, tens of thousands up to an hour. The old system keeps running. Orders placed during the import are fetched from the marketplace once the channel is connected, so nothing is lost. A sensible plan: one week in both systems, one week in Osnovia with the old one as a fallback, then cancel the subscription.
Invoices after the move
Numbering continues from the number you set. Credit notes for invoices issued before the move reference the original number and date. From other systems we accept CSV and XLSX files with column mapping in the wizard.
What people ask before moving
Will invoice numbering stay continuous?
Yes. You set the starting number, and old invoices stay in an archive for reference and corrections.
Will I lose orders during the move?
No. New orders are fetched from the marketplace from the moment you connect it, old ones come from the archive. Nothing is lost, at most you see them in two places for a while.
What about automation rules and templates?
BaseLinker rules cannot be moved automatically because they work differently. You get a ready set to start, and we help rebuild yours.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Even if you need us on the phone all day.
