Orders
One view across channels
Allegro, Shopify, Empik, Erli, Kaufland, Otto, Temu. New orders appear by themselves every few minutes.
Order card you already know
Deliberately laid out like BaseLinker: products, addresses, payment, shipments, invoice, returns, notes and change history, so switching does not hurt.
Edit without fear
Fix an address after a phone call, rescale prices to the amount paid, split or merge orders, copy an order for a returning customer.
Folders, stars, statuses
Shipped, Archive, colour markers, ten statuses. Everyone on the team sees what is left to do.
Two companies, one account
A company and a sole trader? Each channel belongs to its entity, invoices, numbering and tax filings stay separate, orders show together.
Margin per order
Enter your costs and every order shows what you really earn.
Shipments
DPD and DHL
Single or bulk labels for selected orders, daily manifest, tracking, DHL return labels.
Other carriers
A parcel sent elsewhere is added with its number and date, and a tracking link appears for about 30 carriers.

Invoices and accounting
Invoice after payment
Switch it on per channel and forget. The invoice goes to the customer by e-mail and is uploaded to the marketplace order.
VAT by destination country
Domestic, OSS, intra-EU and export classification, rates per country, exchange rates on the invoice. Czech customers get 21 percent, Hungarian 27, without you lifting a finger.
Credit notes done right
Zero out on cancellation, rate change, further credit notes against the same invoice, bulk issuing with a sales date.
Polish e-invoicing (KSeF)
Invoices for Polish businesses go to the national e-invoice system automatically, with number and QR code on the PDF.
Export for your accountant
Monthly statement as CSV and PDF, split by rate and register.
Products, returns, automation
Catalogue and stock
Products from channels, SKU aliases, stock and prices pushed to Allegro and Shopify from one place.
Returns and reshipments
Return request with a return label, reshipment of a missing part, all on the order card.
Automation rules
Event, condition, action. Paid and from Allegro, so DPD label and invoice. Ready-made rules to start.
Messages to customers
Templates in Polish, German and English, communication history on the order.
AI assistant (add-on)
Answers “where is my parcel” based on the order and tracking. Paid, because every conversation costs us money.
