What data and why

  • Early access list: e-mail, your current order system, optionally your name, sales channels and monthly order volume. Purpose: informing you about access to Osnovia OMS, preparing your migration and asking about your needs before launch. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by e-mail.
  • E-mail or phone contact: data you include in your message. Purpose: replying. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Server logs: IP address, time, requested address. Purpose: security and operation of the site. Basis: legitimate interest. On sign-up we store a hash of the IP address to prevent abuse.

Cookies and statistics

The site uses no cookies. There are no Google, Facebook or advertising scripts. We count visits with Plausible running on our own server (stats.osnovia.com): we see aggregate numbers without identifying anyone, and the IP address is only used to compute a hash that changes daily and is not stored.

How long

Early access data until consent is withdrawn, no longer than 24 months. Correspondence up to 3 years. Logs up to 90 days.

Where and who else has access

The site, the early access list and the statistics run on Hetzner Online GmbH servers in Finland, in the European Union. E-mail to osnovia.com addresses, including sign-up notifications, is handled by home.pl sp. z o.o. in Poland. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). An e-mail to the address above is enough.
