  • Terms of Service (version 0.2, PDF)
    The agreement between APOLLO15 sp. z o.o. and business customers using Osnovia OMS: conclusion of the contract, the free core, integrations, customer data, support, liability and termination.
  • Annex 1: Data Processing Agreement (version 0.2, PDF)
    Art. 28 GDPR agreement. The customer is the controller of buyer data, APOLLO15 is the processor. Includes technical and organisational measures and a 24-hour breach notification.
  • Annex 2: Beta Programme Terms (version 0.2, PDF)
    Invitation-only beta on the production installation with real data. Free participation, priority support, confidentiality of unreleased features.
  • Annex 3: Sub-processors (version 0.2, PDF)
    Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in Finland), home.pl sp. z o.o. (team e-mail, Poland) and, only when the customer enables the AI assistant, Anthropic.
  • Annex 4: Scope of the free core (version 0.2, PDF)
    The ten functions that stay free for as long as the service is provided, with no limits on orders, channels or users.

    Covers the website, the early access list and user accounts in the service. A shorter English version for the website is at /en/privacy/.

Key points

  • The core of Osnovia OMS is free for as long as the service is provided, with no limits on orders, sales channels or users (Terms, § 4 and Annex 4). Paid add-ons are switched on only by the customer, after accepting their price.
  • Customer data belongs to the customer and can be exported at any time. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or build cross-customer statistics.
  • Data is processed in the EU, on servers in Finland. The only transfer outside the EEA happens when a customer enables the AI assistant (Anthropic, standard contractual clauses).
