Order management software

Free order management software for a small online shop

Osnovia OMS collects orders from Kaufland, OTTO, Allegro, Temu, Empik, Erli and your Shopify store into one list, prints carrier labels, issues invoices with the right EU VAT and keeps statuses in sync. What order management software does, and what you stop doing by hand

One order list

Marketplaces and your shop in one view. New orders appear by themselves every few minutes with address, items and payment.

Label without retyping

DPD and DHL in one click, or in bulk for selected orders. Daily manifest. The tracking number goes back to the marketplace on its own.

Invoice that issues itself

After payment the invoice goes to the customer by e-mail. VAT by destination country, OSS for cross-border B2C sales, credit notes on cancellation.

Automation

The rule “paid and from Kaufland, so DHL label and invoice” runs every day without you.

Returns, reshipments, notes

Return with a return label, reshipment of a missing part, notes and change history on every order.

Migration from your current tool

First step after login: paste the API key from BaseLinker or Apilo and products, orders, customers and invoices move over. More sources planned.

Why free software, not a “free plan”

Most order management tools have a free threshold: 20, 50 or 100 orders a month. Then a subscription, and at higher volumes a fee per order. Osnovia has no threshold. The core, meaning orders, carriers, invoices, automation and users, is free with no order limit, today and in five years. We earn on add-ons nobody else offers, such as an AI assistant answering your customers. Without them the software works in full. How we earn.

Who it is for

  • You sell on marketplaces and in your own shop, with tens to a few thousand orders a month.
  • You are not an IT person and do not want to become one. A wizard walks you through, and if you get stuck, you call and we set it up together. Support is free.
  • You pay a subscription today and are counting what is left after the next price change. Our comparison shows the numbers at 100, 500 and 5,000 orders.

What it does not have yet

Amazon, eBay, more carriers and WooCommerce are in progress. If those are your main channels, join the list and tick them in the form. We build in the order people need. The full feature list is on the Osnovia OMS page.

Questions about free order management software

Do I have to install anything?

No. Osnovia OMS runs in the browser on a computer or phone. We run the servers in Finland, you log in.

Does free mean an order limit?

No. There is no limit on orders, users or time. Only add-ons nobody else offers are paid.

Does it handle EU VAT?

Yes. Invoices get the VAT rate of the destination country, cross-border B2C sales use the OSS procedure, and there is a monthly export for your accountant.

How do I move from my current tool?

Migration is the first step after login. Paste the API key from BaseLinker or Apilo; other systems through CSV with column mapping. More direct sources are planned.
