Osnovia integration with Allegro

Osnovia OMS is order management software for online sellers. The Allegro integration imports orders from your Allegro account into Osnovia and sends tracking numbers and fulfilment status back. It acts on your behalf, on your account.

Status

Osnovia OMS is in an invitation-only beta. The Allegro integration is part of the beta. You can join through the early access list on the home page.

What the integration does

  • imports new orders and order status changes from Allegro;
  • sends tracking numbers and fulfilment status back to Allegro;
  • lets you attach an invoice to an order;
  • updates offer stock and prices on your instruction. Automatic changes stay off until you set them up.

How to connect

  1. In Osnovia, choose Integrations → Allegro → Connect.
  2. Sign in on allegro.pl and approve access for the Osnovia application. You never give us your Allegro password or API keys.
  3. Return to Osnovia. Your first orders appear within a few minutes.

How to disconnect

In Osnovia: Integrations → Allegro → Disconnect. Or on Allegro, in the list of connected applications on your account. After disconnection we delete the stored access tokens.

Data and security

  • We process order data, including buyer data needed for shipping and invoicing, as a processor under the Data Processing Agreement with you.
  • Data is stored on servers in Finland, in the European Union. Access tokens are encrypted and used only for your company.
  • We do not copy your Allegro offer content to other platforms, sell data or build statistics for other companies.

Price

Free. The integration is part of the free Osnovia core, with no order limits and no commission.
