Osnovia integration with Amazon

Osnovia OMS is order management software for online sellers. The Amazon integration imports orders from your seller account into Osnovia and sends shipment confirmations and tracking numbers back. It acts on your behalf, based on the authorization you grant in Seller Central.

Status

The Amazon integration is in preparation. We will make it available to Osnovia OMS beta participants once Amazon approves the Osnovia application.

What the integration does

  • imports merchant-fulfilled (FBM) orders and their status changes from Amazon European marketplaces;
  • sends shipment confirmation and tracking numbers back to Amazon;
  • retrieves the data needed to ship the parcel and issue the invoice;
  • updates offer stock and prices on your instruction. Automatic changes stay off until you set them up.

How to connect

  1. In Osnovia, choose Integrations → Amazon → Connect.
  2. Sign in to Seller Central and approve access for the Osnovia application. You never give us your password or keys.
  3. Amazon asks you to renew the authorization once a year. Osnovia reminds you in time.

How to disconnect

In Osnovia: Integrations → Amazon → Disconnect. Or in Seller Central, in the settings of authorized applications. After disconnection we delete the tokens immediately and data retrieved from Amazon within 30 days.

Data and security

  • Personal data of Amazon buyers (name, shipping address and phone) is kept for no longer than 30 days after delivery. Only data that the law requires us to keep, such as invoice details, is kept longer.
  • We process it as a processor under the Data Processing Agreement with you, on servers in Finland, in the European Union. Access tokens are encrypted.
  • We do not combine data of different sellers, build statistics from it, sell it or use it for advertising.

Price

Free. The integration is part of the free Osnovia core, with no order limits and no commission.
